Configure standard action identifier for all actions that belong to the action plan through the ID mask

Up to the 2.0.9 version the actions ID # of action plans were generated as a simple sequential, restarting the count to each new action plan, which hindered the location of the action.

From the 2.0.10 version, it will be possible to configure in the plan category, a default mask to generate a unique id # for the actions of the plans of this category. This mask can use all existing features for the action plan mask, for example, using the problem id # where the plan was generated.

Support to the new attachment-handling feature

Adjustments were made for the use of the new feature for attachment, with improvements of performance and ergonomics.

Explanation for deletion of the action plan in the audit trail

From this version, the explanation that is requested during the deletion of the action plan will be presented in the audit trail (CM002), when the audit trail feature is enabled.
