Isolated action in the association of action plans

New feature available in the detailed association of the action plans. The feature is available in integration with SE Problem and SE Incident, where all the automations already implemented for the action plan will also be applied to the isolated action. In this way, it will be possible to indicate the necessary actions in the problems and incidents without the creation of the action plan object.

 

 

 

Disable action plan send button

This improvement is referring to the use of the action plan by the SE Problem and SE Incident. When an incident or problem process is configured to exchange the action plan situation through the instance flow and the action plan sending lock is configured, the Step-change button will remain disabled in the SE Action plan, making it clear where the planning responsible party should manually send the plans which are not locked.

 

Maintenance of the approval/verification route

This improvement allows you to change the variable routes of the action plan during its approval and/or verification, via maintenance of the action plan. The general rules of not changing fixed routes and pending sequence are maintained to keep the rules of approval, but you can change the other sequences without the need to fail the action plan.
