Kanban for Plan actions

A Kanban panel was made available to allow a better view of the actions that are to be performed. The panel allows filtering actions by user, by time period and by the action plan category. There is also the possibility of executing actions by the panel itself. The purpose of the feature is to provide a clearer view of what actions are currently being performed, assisting in time management.

 

 

Action plan/isolated action security

In order to cover more security scenarios to inform each company, the configuration was made available by action plan or isolated action, eliminating the need to create several categories to handle different permissions. With this improvement, the system now considers, in addition to the security of the existing category, the specific security by action plan or isolated action.

In the category, the user can configure security by action plan as well as the inheritance options. If you wish, the user may require the action plans and isolated actions to inherit the security of the category, and also that they are blocked for change.

 

 

In the isolated action and action plan, the user can configure the specific security or inherit the security of the category. The overlapping rules between the security and responsibility remain the same.

 

 

Deleting newly created actions in the action plan structure

An improvement in the structure of the action plan was made to allow deleting actions that were newly created, without the need to save the structure. The improvement aims to make the actions agiler when planning the action plan.
