Resource record

From this version, the resource creation and resource type, which were specific to the SE Project component, became part of the SE Administration component. With this change, these menus are now integrated with the SE Active and SE Process. Thus, the created resources will be shared between components and can be managed in an integrated manner, facilitating the use of the system. The use of the resource creation may be soon found in the documentation for each component.
