Module restructuring

APQP/PPAP new version was completely restructured. The system is oriented to schedules and APQP/PPAP activity planning can be configured based on the needs of each company.

 

APQP/PPAP tracking

A new menu was created to track APQP/PPAP, where user can view and edit all APQPs/PPAPs under execution at the company. This menu allows user to add new activities, resend activities to execution or delete any activities that are not necessary for the study anymore. Tracking allows to view all APQP/PPAP data, its activities, the schedule and comparison of estimated X actual activities.

 

 

APQP/PPAP template

To optimize recording of a new APQP/PPAP, the new version allows to create templates. After a new APQP/PPAP has been created, user can quickly search a preexisting template for the creation of all related activities. Besides defining activities, the template allows to predefine the executors, estimated duration and whether activities should be approved or not.

 

New interface to execute activities

A new interface, which is simpler and more intuitive has been developed to execute activities. Now forms are displayed in a maximized screen, highlighting information to make viewing easy. After execution of the activity, it is also possible to view the data of all related activities that have already been performed, without needing new views nor changing screens.

 

 

New forms

New forms for execution in APQP/PPAP were added to the new version of the system:

▪Customer x supplier symbol matrix;

▪Equipment, tools and test equipment checklist;

▪Installation checklist;

▪Process FMEA checklist;

▪Project FMEA checklist;

▪Control plan checklist;

▪Process flowchart checklist;

▪Product/process quality checklist;

▪Project information checklist.

 

 

Integration with SE Form

The aim of integration with SE Form is to meet specific needs of the company. Through that integration user can create new forms in SE Form, which can be executed directly in APQP/PPAP module.

 

 

Improvement in integration with SE Project

Integration with SE Project module underwent some changes to make it simpler and make integration between the two modules better viewed. Through SE Project user can create the project activity schedule and associate forms that are in APQP/PPAP with them, generating a task to execute activities in both modules.
