Descriptive field of variable characteristic in the control plan

As a complement for the control plan, the information added into the Comments field when creating Variable type characteristics is now displayed both in the report and on the screen, just as for nominal values, making it easier for the operator to apply this control.

Control plan information directly when creating a characteristic

Aiming at making it quicker to develop the control plan, now, when defining item and process characteristics, it is also possible to define all the editable fields in the control plan, such as machine, reaction plan, etc. That way, when importing characteristics to another item, or even when creating an item from a family, the control plan information will be already filled in according to that information, allowing the user to edit only the specific field for that record, making it faster to create it.
