File form as an APQP activity

Aiming at expanding the possibilities of use of the SE APQP/PPAP component, it was made available in the system the option to execute file forms as system activities. That way, the user may define several templates and fill them out during the execution of an activity, such as spreadsheets and text files.

Customized form (SE Form) in the full APQP report

Starting in this version, the generation of reports also includes the printing of the forms developed in the SE Form component. That way, users may define their customized forms and generate the single printing along with the other system forms.
