Improvement of third quadrant

To facilitate the access to asset information, new view options were added to the third quadrant. For example, now it is possible to visualize asset indicators, revision and activity history, visualizing the asset data is not necessary.

 

 

Activity status was improved

A new status for verification activities was developed in the system. Now "To be started" status is available and occurs during the transition from the activity programming end and the execution start. The status was created with the aim of programming several activities and sending them to execution and does not need to have a date to start execution. Thus, user can define all the activities of a specific period and select "to be started" status for them. Responsible user should execute the activities, according to planning. The status provides even better visibility to those activities that are actually under execution over those that are waiting to be started.

 

The structure that shows those that are responsible for the activity was improved

To widen the possibilities to configure activities, an option to appoint different responsible users for the Plan, Programming and Execution of verification activity was added. Thus, it is possible to differentiate for example, the responsible teams for programming an activity and those responsible for executing them.

 

Send activities to next step in batch

A requirement to send activities in batch to the next step, was developed. User will be able to select several activities and send them to the next step at a time.
