For those responsible for activity planning that need to manage their backlog and make the management of the resources involved, a management panel was provided that will assist in the administration of these tasks. The resource allows a rapid decision-making for the redistribution of tasks, team workload and (re) prioritizations of activities.
Through the resources as Drag'n'Drop for allocations, visions per period, changes of planning dates, description of what should be done, executor definition and allocated resources, the functionality makes the process of scheduling activities faster, enabling a clear and wide view of the works to be carried out, as well as on the availability of the resources involved.
The functionality also allows viewing which activities and for how long each resource has allocation, plus enabling batching of activities for the next step with the assurance that the resources are allocated and available for the execution of it.
In order to facilitate the understanding of why an activity was linked to another, it was made available in the system the possibility of the user to inform a reason during the link between the activities. So, when you visualize the relationship, you can understand the association's goal. In case of associating a defect, the system will also copy for the lower level activity, the defects and assets of the main activity. For meter or variable reading cases, the system now performs the automatic link between activities if the reading falls on the condition of creating an activity, filling the reason column with a link to the reading in question.
With the purpose of facilitating the calendar configuration for verification plans, calibration, preventative maintenance, and maintenance route, a general parameter has been made available in the system so that the user can set which calendar will be used by default at the time of the creation of these plans. Improvement allows a distinct calendar to be defined as the standard of the suite, enabling a flexibility in the creation and avoiding operational failures by eliminating the manual membership process of the calendar.
Aiming to support users of activity programming, it has been added in the activity template fields to inform what roles and how many resources are needed to perform the activity. With the functionality, the user responsible for programming the activity manages to have the vision on how many resources are needed, as well as the positions/specialties for the execution of this activity at the time of allocating the technicians who will participate in the activity.
With the purpose of blocking equal activity identifiers for third-party service centers, a general parameter was developed in the system for the user to define whether or not this situation may occur. The parameter is useful for customers who outsource maintenance service and cannot have repeated IDs due to their internal controls. The parameter is associated with the Assets component, but it is also valid for Maintenance and Calibration activities.
Aiming to inform the user if he/she has supplies available to program an activity, it is now possible to visualize on the supply association screen what its quantity in stock is. So, during the programming of an activity, the user is able to check whether to or not program the activity in relation to the available materials. This functionality is valid when using the integration of the SE Supply component in conjunction with the SE Storeroom, SE Asset, SE Calibration and SE Maintenance.
With the purpose of facilitating the material requisition, when performing an output event through a verification activity, it is now possible to send the event directly to the approval step, without the need to access the SE Storeroom component. This functionality is valid when using the integration of the SE Supply component in conjunction with the SE Storeroom, SE Asset, SE Calibration and SE Maintenance and the event must have the approval step.
