For customers who do not have the storeroom role in their organization but want to conduct inventory control through the storeroom, in the system was made available a parameter for the activity to update the status of the event according to the flow of the specific activity. So, when you finish an activity, the system itself will finish the output events, avoiding the user having to access the SE Storeroom component to accomplish this task. The feature is valid for events that do not have approval flow.
For the customers that use the integration of SE Storeroom with the activities of maintenance, calibration, and verification, some changes were made in the edition of the data of the event during the flow of the event. These changes were necessary so that the activity and event could reflect the same status. From this version, the user can only enter actual values if the activity is running and the output event is already in issue. For the prediction of the output event, the user can add new items only if the activity is under programming.
In order to facilitate the management of the asset, it was made available the possibility of the user to carry out the events of the equipment, as already occurs with the downtime, condition and location records. With this feature, through the data screen, the user can create and/or close the usage, calibration and maintenance events, without having to access another menu in the system. The options to create/edit the events are only available to the users who have access to the corresponding menus, guaranteeing the security of the data.
Seeking to facilitate automatic creation of activities, a new parameter has been added to the creation configuration on the plan data screen. With this parameter enabled, the system will continue to create plan activities, even if there are pending activities for it.
The label report for the assets has been improved in the system. Now, the user can define whether the report will be printed with the asset barcode or QR code.
Aiming for greater control over the existing information in the system and the physical assets of the customer, the possibility of creating physical inventory activities in the system was created. With this feature, the user can define locations to be inventoried based on the location and condition of the asset and thus confront the system record with its physical structure. The inventory execution is prepared to work via smartphones by reading the barcode or QR code of the assets thus allowing an online inventory and without the use of spreadsheets or the purchase of any other types of equipment. To process the inventory using the camera, it is required to install the application * from the application store. It will be necessary to validate the access group of the SE Asset component to define the rules of the menus.
