New standard view

Some adjustments were made to view standards, to facilitate use. Now the standard in view grid is listed only once, regardless of the number of times it has been used in activities. A third quadrant was added to view, to be able to see the list of activities where the standard has been used.  

 

 

Improvement of third quadrant

To facilitate the access to information regarding calibration plans, a third quadrant with activity history related to those plans was added. It is possible to quickly access all information related to plan activities, through scheduling, view and plan management screens. User does not need to view data.  

 

Activity status was improved

A new status was developed in the system, for calibration activities. Now "To be started" status is available between the activity programming end and the execution start stages. The status was created with the aim of programming several activities and sending them to execution, not needing to have a date to start execution. Thus, user can define all the activities of a specific period and select "to be started" status for them. Responsible user should execute the activities, according to what has been planned. The status provides even better visibility to those activities that are really under execution over those that are waiting to be started.

 

The structure that shows those users who are responsible for calibration was improved

To widen the possibilities to configure activities, an option to appoint different responsible users for the Plan, Programming and Execution of calibration activity was added. Thus, it is possible to differentiate for example, the responsible teams for programming an activity from those responsible for executing them.
