Calibration certificate signing

For the calibration certificate, the system now displays the signature images of both the metrologists involved in the activity and the responsible party for the calibration laboratory. With this functionality, it is no longer necessary to print the certificate for gathering signatures. For the system to display the signature image, simply associate it with the user record.

 

 

Additional information in the activity timeline

In addition to the previously recorded main events, the activity timeline has been adjusted to record editing changes in activity events. With this functionality, it is possible to check who, when and what has been changed in the activity, as well as checking what was the previous information.

 

For this version, the following fields will be tracked regarding adding, editing and deleting:

▪Activity data: ID #, assets, start and end dates and times, execution percentage, description and action taken, service center and responsible technician, activity classification and location;

▪Attributes;

▪Responsibility route;

▪Extra cost;

▪Attachments and documents.

 

 

Gage evolution chart

Aiming at facilitating gage analysis over time, a gage evolution chart has been made available. With the chart, the user may select which criterion to analyze based on their own configurations, thus understanding the gage behavior throughout the calibration activities.
