Documentation has been made available to assist in identifying the mechanism of authentication that best meets the needs of your organization. The documentation also contains detailed instructions on how to perform the configuration of the chosen method. This documentation can be found together with the help of the SE Configuration component.
Description of the sender of sent emails
A new configuration has been added to the email server record to allow a custom description to be set for the sender, thus allowing better identification of system emails for users.
Previously, when an inconsistency in the system was identified, it was automatically disabled, thus preventing access by any user, except the administrator, until the situation was regularized. From this new version, if the system is disabled, users will still have access to the system for up to 5 days, as long as the server is not restarted. In this way the administrator will have more time to regularize the activation of the product without making it inoperative, respecting the defined term.
As of version 2.0.13 the full user import, also known as "ADMUSRCOMP - Full import of user data", had the value of the mapping of the FGOPTION column changed from 25 to 28, when it is desired to add new departments, positions, teams and/or user access groups. This change was made with the purpose of adjusting the improvements made for this import.
If new imports of this type are made, please use the value 28 for the FGOPTION column, which will cause the application to insert a user, or if it already exists, will edit the user's record and add new departments, positions, teams and/or mapped access groups. For more details, please see in the Integration guide the template of this import. |
