Improvement in the creation and maintenance of users in the access group

Implemented a functionality that allows to filter users from an access group

The Add button allows to search for the users of a team, department, or position and add them to the group. If there are conflicts between the groups the user is already a member of, the system will emit an alert and will allow to automatically adjust it by transferring the user from one access group to the other.
