▪The SE Identity application is used to synchronize the data of Microsoft Active Directory users when SE Suite is hosted in the cloud. ▪Remember that the Java update to version 8 will no longer be required on workstations. This update will only be required on the server where SE Suite is installed. |
If using the SE Identity application to synchronize Microsoft Active Directory users, when logging into the system, the system will display an alert message to the user stating that a problem was identified in the synchronization process. The following verifications were added:
▪Failure in the last synchronization of Microsoft Active Directory users;
▪Synchronization inactivity of the SE Identity application.
▪Used SE Identity version is incompatible with the SE Suite version;
To facilitate the management of managers and subordinates in SE Suite, it is now possible to automatically synchronize the managers of the SE Suite users from the hierarchy definition in the Microsoft Active Directory.
Before, the filter screen of the users to be added to the access group used to list all the active and inactive users by default. The user search behavior was updated to list only active users by default. If you wish to list inactive users as well, just uncheck the "Only active users" option.
To make the navigability on the filter screen of users to be added to the access group quicker, the data transfer between the browser and the SE Suite servers has been optimized.
Now, it is possible to customize the prefix of the emails sent by SE Suite, facilitating the identification of the source of the email, or even the addition of rules to your inbox. By default, if not entering a prefix, the tool will continue adding the "[SE Suite]" prefix.
Starting in this version, several system verifications are now stored in cache, thus increasing the SE Suite performance, mainly in the application startup process.
