Viewing mode of FMEA structure in views has been edited

The structure data screen of FMEA view mode was rewritten to guarantee better performance to end user. It is possible to use several search fields through that screen, such as failure mode, failure effect or failure cause. All FMEA information can be seen directly in the structure, enabling simplified monitoring of the study. Through the structure it is also possible to view the priorities ranking, generate reports, visualize data and export the study to Excel.

 

 

Edition structure of FMEA edition has been modified

To improve the use and performance of FMEA structure in edition mode, FMEA structure in edition mode was divided into two vertical panels. The first panel now displays the studied object (Process activity, Item, etc.) and the second panel displays mode, effect, object cause and action. Now structure information is loaded only when the user really needs it.

 

Some shortcuts were added to see data of FMEA, revision and object related to the study.

 

 

Save automatically in FMEA structure edition

This functionality was developed to save FMEA structure automatically. Thus, user does not risk losing information that has been added to the study if data screen closes unexpectedly, before the record has been saved.

 

For those users who would rather not use save automatically function, a notification to user has been implemented, that warns users that some records have not been saved.

 

Import via Excel spreadsheet

FMEA import spreadsheet was modified. Import validation was developed, so that user is notified on the screen if any error occurs.
