Addition of data through the FMEA structure

Aiming at facilitating the creation of the FMEA study, now it is possible to create new records directly in the FMEA structure, without the need of navigating through file menus if the desired information is not available, granting the user agility in the process. The add buttons become enabled only for users with access permission to the menu of the respective requirement.
