New responsive form

With the new form modeler, it is possible to create forms with a responsive interface (auto adjustable) for desktop environments or mobile devices. With the new modeler, it is also possible to create rules for your form more intuitively and without coding required. There are no impacts to the current forms, as automatic migration will not be performed. It is also possible to create your responsive forms on demand without impacting the forms that are in use.
