Support to several languages in the responsive form

From version 2.0.15 onwards, it is possible to localize/translate the responsive form to the other languages in the system. The localization has been centered in a single screen, simplifying the translation process.

PDF report with no page breaks

Now, when generating the PDF report of the filled out form, it is possible to choose whether to generate it with or without page breaks.
