Automatic execution of activity when user closes action plan

Allows automatic execution of an activity action when associated action plan(s) is(are) closed.

 

 

Type of activity action plan

Allows to restrict the type of activity action plan.

 

 

Status of action plan in activity execution task

Allows to display in the list of activity execution task, less advanced* status among the action plans associated with the respective instance or activity.

▪The 1st found status is displayed in the order that follows: Planning, Planning approval, Execution, Efficiency verification, Closed and Canceled.

 

 

Incident added by email

Allows to add an incident to each email received in a predetermined inbox.

 

 

Activity and history cubes

Two BI cubes are now available in management and view menus of instance view. One cube has activity data and the other has data of instance history displayed in the corresponding list.

 

 

Association of process activity

Allows to specify an activity when user associates a process with the instance.
