Aiming to standardize the starting of processes (instances), also in SE Incident, the “Report an incident” screen (IN004) has been modified to the card format, as it already existed for SE Workflow directly. In addition to keeping a standard, this functionality allows to better structure the “Services catalog”, which, per chance, is hierarchically structured (totally or partially) over SE Incident. For that also, the requirement to associate a process template while creating an “Incident type” (IN009) has been removed:
