Controls for the execution of maintenance plan activities

A greater control over the activities created from a maintenance plan was developed. Now, the system manages the sequencing of activities, causing the user to respect their creation sequence, guaranteeing that the older activity is executed first, reducing the quantity of activities displayed in the pending tasks.
