Allow to edit team responsible for executing maintenance activity

Implementation of the possibility, during the planning of a maintenance activity, for the responsible parties to define, then, which team will be responsible for the execution of the activity.

 

 

Association of supplies with the asset during the execution of activities

In order to allow greater control over the consumption of supplies during a maintenance activity, the possibility to associate the supply directly with the asset has been implemented. Now, even in activities with multiple assets, it is possible to stratify the exact information of how much each asset is consuming in terms of supplies. The activity cost continues being the total value; however, when performing a supply allocation or asset cost view, it is possible to analyze the exact quantity/cost of supplies consumed by the asset.

 

Activity associated with the maintenance plan

Creation of a parameter in the system to control the planning of activities according to the due date of the maintenance plan. Through this parameter, the user may choose to:

▪keep the current behavior of the system;

▪notify the responsible party for planning the activity that the planned date is after the plan due date;

▪block the planning of activities whose date is after the plan due date.  

 

Enhanced view indicator

The view of maintenance indicators has been modified to add new ways to analyze information. Now it is possible to compare equipment indicators side by side, either with total information or sorted by activity type.

 

In addition to the inclusion of new indicators, the user may define which columns are necessary for the analysis, being able to, even, hide those columns that will not be used. The possibility of grouping by asset attribute has been implemented as a new choice of information grouper.

 

XLS file stratification is also available in the view, as well as the integration with SE Analytics.
