As requested by several clients, this version allows to feed indicators from a vision created in SE Analytics. With this functionality, any analysis containing the necessary information to feed an indicator may be used to automatically feed the targets and measurements of indicators directly from the formula editor. The whole integration is performed in the formulas of SE Performance, thus allowing to use the flexibility of the formula editor in its full extent. Further details on how to use this functionality are found in the knowledge transfer video.
Aiming to strengthen the comparison with history values, three automatic calculations of the growth rate of the measurement are available, they are:
▪Growth % – Returns a percentage value comparing the measurement of the current period with the one of the previous period;
▪Annual growth % – Returns a percentage value comparing the measurement of the current period with the one of the same period in the previous year;
▪Cpd. annual growth % – Returns a percentage value comparing the compound measurement of the current period with the one of the same period in the previous year.
These new growth rate columns are available in the view profile, where these values may be used to configure the view profile charts.
The Scorecard view element in the Portal has been changed to allow the selection of any of the Scorecard visions to be displayed in the Portal. Thus, the same component can make available the following: Analysis diagram, Structure, Strategy Map, Institutional, or Scorecard Strategic Analysis.
Implementation of a new function in the formulas of the indicators, namely sub-indicators pondered average. This function calculates the average of sub-indicator values, pondering according to the weight value of each sub-indicator.
A formula analyzer is available on the Scorecard calculation screen. This functionality will analyze all the indicator formulas and return the ones that present an error in the execution of their formulas. This functionality is recommended for situations in which a Scorecard has not been fully executed, i.e., when the calculation of a Scorecard has no end date.
This version makes available the calculation of the accumulated measurement value trend, the same trend calculation formula that is used for the measurement and also for accumulated values. The new column is available in the view profile.
