Once available the function that returns the quantity of executions of a certain activity in the period, of a determined process, it can be filtered by the user initiator and status.

 

 

Average time positions of the activities

Were made available two new positions that return the average time to perform a certain activity in the period. One position returns the average time overall, while the other returns the average time useful, in accordance with the timetable of the process. It is also possible to filter by user initiator and situation.

 

 

New graphic configurator

The graphics configuration screen has been redesigned to facilitate customization of the series, elements, and other adjustments.

 

 

New gauge configurator

The gauge configurator was redesigned so that the customization options available are easily identified.

 

 

New Formulas for Process Activities

Were made available two new positions in the formulas of the indicator. One to verify that the value of a sub-indicator is not applicable, and another position to return the value as not applicable to the indicator.

 

 

Add or associate comments and attachments to the target/measurement value

Added the possibility of inclusion of comments and attachments to the period, by the target/measurement screen.

 

 

 

Formulas for 2nd accumulation

Added the option to add formulas for the target and measuring of the 2nd accumulation of the indicator.

 

 

SWOT Matrix widget redesigned

The SWOT Matrix widget available on portals have been redesigned to facilitate the understanding of the matrix and your content and also, changes were made to simplify the registration of the SWOT matrix.

 

 

Indicator history

Available in the indicator details, the history displays in the form of a timeline its main events such as a change in indicator values, an association of attachments, documents and comments, events triggered and association with Incident, Problem, Occurrence, and Action Plan.

 

 

Flexible accumulation start

It is now possible to set the annual accumulation start period for half-yearly or quarterly frequency indicators.

 

Import values for qualitative indicators

Released the possibility to import target values and measurement via an interface for qualitative indicators.
