Activity automatic execution in the action plan closure

In the SE Process component, it is possible to configure the automatic execution of an activity, when ending the action plan associated with the problem process activity. This resource is available in the SE Process component Record Process Activity data Configuration Problem.

 

 

New action plan association mode - Tree

The way to display the action plan was changed, grouping the actions by plan and displaying the 5w2h data of the actions and related data, with the causes.

 

 

Print the causes and indicators in the SE Problem data report

The possibility of printing the causes and the indicators correlated to the problem in the problem data report was developed. This resource is available in the View Problem [Configure report] Problem data menu.
