Improvement in process navigation

From this version, in the process view, it is possible to interact via the processes tree and flowchart in an integrated way. When you select an item in the process tree, the same item is highlighted in the flowchart. By selecting an item in the flowchart the same is highlighted in the process tree. A drill-down through the flowchart or tree can be done, besides tracking the information in the summary on the right side. With this vision, one can navigate through the levels of the processes with greater practicality and visibility of the information.

 

Restrict process startup on mobile devices

From this version, you can configure the process indicating regardless of whether it should be instantiated via mobile devices.

 

Block title editing and instance description in the first activity

Now you can configure the title and description so that they are not edited in the first activity. Up to the previous version, this configuration was applied only after the second activity of the process.

 

New icons to represent the actions buttons of the workflow

New icons that can be used when configuring the Workflow activity execution buttons have been added.

 

Improvement in the process report to show the associated risks in the activities

From this version, the process report, which can be opened by the view or flowchart, presents the risks of the process activities.

 

Block released processes

Now you can block the filling of the revision date when you create the process. With this you can force the creation of the process with a revision in draft, not allowing to create an empty process with the released revision. This configuration is performed in the process type.

 

Revision for instance mask

From this version, the process revision starts to consider the instance mask. This way you can select a different mask according to the process revision.
