Configuring the message event to send documents (SoftExpert Document)

Now, in addition to attachments and form fields, it is possible to configure the message event to send, by e-mail, the associated documents in the activities.

In order to allow the user to manage the link between assets and processes/activity, a new graphical interface has been made available in SoftExpert Assets so that the user can define what relationship type exists between their assets and their business processes.

 

This logical template of the infrastructure of assets, processes, and activities can be accessed/visualized also by the objects involved, for an analysis of possible impacts and risks, on the occasion of changes, for example, in the equipment or process in question.
