It is now possible to import processes from Bizagi in the revision draft step. That way, in addition to importing a new process, it is possible to import it into a revision in the draft step.
Starting in this version, important metadata information now have a revision along with the process structure: ID #, name, description, duration, automation configuration, evaluation method and process deadline, external application, checklist, tasks, and activity deadline. This improvement allows for greater integrity of the information related to the process structure.
Starting in this version, it is possible to use Lean Process concepts. That way, it is possible to enter whether the activities and flows have values or Lean wastes. The main Lean wastes (market standards) are already available for use; however, it will be possible to create others - with multiple language options. In addition to that, it is now possible to enter the estimated waiting time in the activities and define the critical path. In the flowchart, the activities configured with value added are highlighted, as well as the default route and the exception route. This visual tracking enables better management of the critical points in the process.
Some usability improvements are available starting in this version:
▪The quick creation menu next to the activities has now a wider spacing and, when hovering over the item, it is highlighted - making it easier to identify it.
▪It is now even easier to create activities in a sequence. When clicking the item in the menu, it is created on the right side, aligned with the previous activity.
▪Important facilitators were added and improved. New buttons below the activity allow users to quickly associate and create forms and attributes. It is also possible to copy the forms, attributes, indicators, and associated documents to the other activities, allowing users to quickly and simply configure attributes or forms. Disassociating attributes and forms from the activities has also become simpler. Simply access the summary and, next to each item, click the button to remove them.
