Protocol restart

It is now possible to restart a protocol that had already been finished, enabling it to be started by the users once again.

Protocol widgets

A new widget was created for the SE Protocol component. In it, it is possible to quickly start protocols through portals created by the user. The system will list the protocol types the user has permission to.
