Request data screen that uses Ribbon

A Request new interface that uses a ribbon was implemented.

 

 

Object view directly on Request data screen

The possibility to view the object directly on Request data screen was implemented.

 

Request task view

View was implemented, so that user can verify all request tasks.

 

 

Improvement to control ID # generation

A control procedure was implemented to generate the ID #, so that user can click “n” times and the ID # can be changed.

 

Timeline was added to Request

Registration of events along the time for request, view and report, total time to execute request is displayed.

 

Association of request with nonproject tasks and postponed or canceled projects

When a Nonproject task/Project is postponed or canceled and a Request is associated, all the objects involved will be updated to the same status. A Request cannot be associated with a nonproject task/ postponed or canceled project.

 

Standard deadline for Request type closure

Parameterization was implemented to set a standard deadline for request type. When a request type is created, the standard deadline will be automatically filled out.

 

 

Search field added by meeting to Request menus

Meeting search field was added to select only specific Requests.

 

 

Frame added to meeting in Request

An option was added to visualize the meeting(s) associated with Request.

 

 

Deadline, Document and Attachment columns were added to Request view
