Department, position and team responsible for request executions
Generally, when issuing a request for, for example, project creation or document creation, it is not known which user will attend to it. We often only know that it should be routed to a particular department or team. Until the previous version, it was possible to indicate in the request type or request issue (when allowed by type), only one user as responsible for the service. To solve this problem, you can now designate a user, department, position, department and position or team as responsible for the service, both in the type and in the request data (when allowed by the type).
To do this, in the request type, select an operation where it is necessary to enter a responsible party for the request and select in the Control field which type of responsible: User, Department, Position, Department/Position or Team. When selecting each of these options, next to it will be displayed the field corresponding to the chosen item, as shown below:
In the request data screen will be displayed the Control field and the option to select the person in charge, in the same way as in the type of request.
When configuring a different user control, the request execution task will be created for each user that composes the chosen control (department, position, department/position or team), and only one user can answer it.
