Simplified revision

I order to simplify the creation of requirements and maintain consistency of information between requirement and requirement mapping, the simplified revision option is available in this release. The simplified revision can be configured in the requirement type. When using this configuration, the requirement does not go through the release and approval steps. The user has access to editing and releasing the revision with just one action, or with a click, simplifying editing and maintaining the consistency and history of the data.

 

 

Requirement implementation percentage

When doing the requirement mapping you may choose the implementation percentage of the requirement, the available values range from 0% to 100% with 10% intervals. The value 0% represents that the requirement is not implemented and the value 100% represents that the requirement is fully implemented.

 

 

New information on the requirement structure

In the requirement structure view, new information was made available, mainly the associations with the events, controls, and risks.

 

 

Mapping reference requirement

The mapping of the reference requirement has been made available, which aims to make management without creating a requirement structure or even treat a law in a more comprehensive way. In this way, it is possible to make all the management of the requirement with or without unfolding.

 

 

Notification of new requirement revision

When a new revision of the requirement is released, it is recommended that all the mappings made for the requirement to be revised as well. For a better assistance in the management, the requirement revision notification was implemented for those responsible for each mapping of the requirement.
