Allow the disabling of samples for the SPC calculations

The possibility to define which collections will be part of the calculation of the SPC variables has been made available in the statistics control component. The system continues to keep all collections to know which were the points out of control; however, the system now has the option to "disable" the sample, causing it not to be computed in the charts and statistical calculations.
