Unification of SE Test and SE Survey

As they have basically the same functionalities and resources and aiming to centralize the management of surveys and tests in a single component, the SE Test and SE Survey systems were unified. With this, from now on, when creating a survey, you will be asked to do the same: survey or test.

When selecting the "survey" mode, the same options available until then for the creation of surveys will be enabled. Now, when choosing the "test" mode, the options that were available when creating a test in SE Test will be enabled, which are basically identical to the survey, but allows the definition of correct answers, correction, and randomization, for example. The "mode" of the survey has been added and will be available to identify the records in list columns, filters, dynamic navigators, reports, and Analytics.

The test records and existing templates in SE Test were migrated to SE Survey with the test mode enabled. Now, the records of other entries, such as those in the "configuration" menu, were unified with the records of the same SE Survey entries. The corresponding menu permissions were also imported.

Survey execution

The survey execution menu was created. This menu will allow the creation of surveys directly in execution, no longer needing to create a survey planning to enable the survey for response. In addition, this menu will also list the surveys that have status after planning and approving the planning, overriding the menus for tracking, deletion, critical analysis, correction and closure.

With the creation of this menu and the possibility of creating a survey directly running, the system will no longer start to execute the surveys automatically after the end of the planning. In these cases, the system will leave the survey with the "Start" status, and it can be initiated by those responsible through the menu or the survey execution task.

Removing the menus for tracking, deletion, closure, critical analysis and survey correction

In order to centralize and facilitate the management and execution of the surveys, the menus of the tracking, deletion, closure and critical analysis of the survey were removed. The closure, critical analysis and correction menus already have tasks identical to the menu, so they can continue to be performed by tasks. Now, the actions of the tracking and deletion menus can be carried out from now on by the new survey execution menu. The permissions for those that had access in the tracking and deletion menus will be automatically imported into the execution menu.

Changed nomenclature from the individual evaluation view menu

The nomenclature of the "individual evaluation" view menu was changed to "answer". This change is part of the standardization of the terms of SE Survey, and makes the view in question more meaningful. Filters, reports and analysis have not changed.

Customization of the status from "answer" to "execution"

The "answer" status of the survey were standardized with the rest of SE Suite. These status, whether in the survey or the answer of the respondent, indicated that these were in progress, status already present in the other components of the system. Thus, the surveys and answers that were in the "Answer" status now have their status called "Execution".

Ergonomic improvements on data screens

Ergonomic improvements were made to the data screens of the question, section, and randomization of the survey. These improvements are designed to facilitate the management and creation of questions and sections of the survey. In addition, a screen was created for the definition of random questions, when the test mode was enabled.
