Survey score

The option to generate a score from the answers to the questions and from the weight of each question has been enabled in this version. Up to now it was only possible to configure the score for questions with a single answer. The survey result is the pondered average of the weights of all the questions in the survey. Basically, the calculation is the sum of the multiplication of the points of the questions and their weight, divided by the sum of weights of all questions in the survey.

 

 

Customize the email to send the survey

To improve communication between the survey and its participants, it is possible to customize the email to send the survey to the participants. The system allows to configure the email subject and the content that will be sent in its body. This is an optional configuration. The system has a default email that may be sent to the respondents if the email subject and content are not customized.

 

 

Question database

In the question database you will find questions to create your own survey. You may feed your question database with questions created in your survey. Use the questions created in other surveys to create a consistent question database. That way you will be able to put together surveys that meet the company standards.

 

 

Import of respondents to the survey

To improve the addition of participants to the survey, now a respondent import template is available. It enables to extract respondents from other systems the company uses. To use this functionality, first the survey must be created.
