Execute surveys as Workflow activities

In this version, it is possible to configure a process activity in which a customized survey form SE Survey will be executed. In the execution of the activity configured in the Workflow, the completion of the activity may be filling out a survey. The survey is made available on the same execution screen as of the Workflow activity.

Allow restarting the survey automatically

This improvement allows restarting the survey automatically on the same screen. With this improvement, it is possible to make available a screen for several respondents to fill out the survey at a kiosk or "totem". To use this improvement, simply enable the "Restart survey automatically on the same screen" configuration. By default, this survey type will be anonymous.

 

Configure the survey language for external respondents

Starting in this version, it is possible to choose the language in which the external respondents will answer the surveys. The system default texts will be displayed to the external respondents according to the language configuration of the survey. For the SE Suite respondents, the system uses the language configured for the user in the system.

 

Make the "Give up" button optional when answering the survey

Many customers requested an option in the survey to customize the display of the "Give up" button when answering surveys. This option is available in the survey advanced configurations, which contains the "Show the give up button" parameter.

 

 

Add respondent name to the result of descriptive questions

Starting in this version, the name of respondents of descriptive questions was made available in the result of the survey evaluations. This option is also available for printing in the survey evaluation report. That way, when the survey is not anonymous, it is possible to see the answers of the descriptive questions and the name of the respondents.

 

 

Format the section and question texts

In the title and description of the section and in the title of the question, it is possible to customize the text, by choosing the text font, formatting (Bold, Italic, Underline), increase or decrease the font size, and edit font and background colors. This functionality allows greater customization of the survey, particularly in situations where it is necessary to highlight the most important questions.

 

 

Indicate the questions that contain conditional expressions

In the question and section view, a column to show the questions that have a configured “Conditional Expression” was added. This functionality helps create the survey, mainly to plan the execution flow of the questions in the survey.

 

 

Make multi-selection optional to answer matrix type questions

In “Matrix” type questions, the “Allow checking the same answer for all questions” option was added. That is, the option to check all questions with the same answer, when there are several questions with the same group of answers, will be customized by the user who created the survey.

 

 

Improvement in the creation of questions in the section

Starting in this version, it is possible to add, edit, and delete questions directly through the section vision in the survey data. That way, it will no longer be necessary to open the section screen to add or edit the questions.
