Remove the need of configuration to add a client to a nonproject task and project

In the nonproject tasks type, it will be possible to configure whether or not the client is required. It will also also be possible to restrict, or not, changes in the planning and revision statuses.

 

Copy of nonproject task

When copying a nonproject task, the system allows to parameterize the items that will be considered for the copy of the nonproject task, from attachments to documents, costs, revenues, allocations, clients, among others.

 

Billing and cost parameterization of resources

When creating resources of the work type, it is possible to parameterize the cost and billing rates from a determined date. This same treatment is available for the asset type in which the rates are by hour and day.

 

Search saved in the scheduling assistant considering the current date

After defining the search filters, the search may be saved taking the current date into consideration, which will be updated, in the future, when selecting this search.

 

Remove the hourly rate configuration from the functional role exception

When configuring the task, it is possible to define the involved functional role, being that it will only be necessary to enter the standard and overtime hourly rates.

 

 

Allow to add percentage allocations through the task data screen

When allocating resources in the tasks, it will be possible to enter the percentage or total hours, as well as the possibility to change resources. Up to the previous versions, these actions were only possible through the project structure.

 

 

Remove cost and billing configurations from the template, project, project task, and nonproject task resource configurations

When configuring the billing resource, some information was adjusted to meet cost and billing, where only the standard, overtime, weekend, and day values must be entered. The day value will be used for the asset resource.

 

 

Allow to add billing values to resources by date

When configuring the billing resource, the system will require to define from which date the referred values will be valid.

 

 

Standardization in the treatment of decimal places

When adding cost and revenue values, a standardization regarding the treatment of the content related to the point (decimal place treatment) has been performed.

 

Adequacy of the import interface of resource values

When importing resource values, an adjustment must be made due to the changes performed in the addition of cost and billing. Specially in the case of billing, in which the values are sorted by period (date).

 

Allow to allocate assets based on time period

When allocating resources of the asset type, it will be possible to do it for hours or all day. For the whole day, the calendar related to the resource will be considered.
