To allow a greater control over the indicators of nonproject tasks, a general parameter that does not allow users to enter a retroactive percentage in the task execution was made available. The parameter only allows users to enter a percentage greater than or equal to what was entered before, thus blocking the execution with lower values.
To assist in the management of nonproject tasks, it will now be possible to reclassify a task, that is, to edit its type. When editing the task type, the attributes and approval routes will be updated according to the new chosen type.
It will be possible to stratify the data generated in the search for meetings for SE Analytics, making the analysis and interpretation of the results easier.
The option to configure a calendar in the task type was made available. When creating a task, that will allow the calendar assigned to it to be the one that was configured in the task type and not the default system calendar.
To improve the creation and traceability of the actions defined in a meeting, from now on it will be possible to associate an action plan with a meeting when creating it.
To facilitate the scheduling and creation of meetings, it will now be possible to schedule and create meetings directly on the nonproject task data screen when it is in the planning or tracking steps.
To assist in the scheduling of meetings, starting in this version, it will be possible to schedule meetings in the scheduling assistant and my calendar.
Up to the previous version, from the moment the meeting was sent to the attendance confirmation step, the user responsible for it could not cancel or return it to the scheduling step. To solve this issue, the possibility of sending meetings in attendance confirmation back to the scheduling step was added to the meeting scheduling menu.
