Access control for meeting

Until the previous version, a meeting could be consulted without restrictions, allowing restricted information only to the participants to be accessed by other users. To solve this problem, from now on, it is possible to configure a meeting as restricted. When a meeting is set as restricted, only the responsible, participants and specific users added in the security item of the meeting data screen will have access to it.
