A ribbon resource was implemented in the course data screen and training configuration, to generate an intuitive and pleasant interface for those users who often use these screens.
The association of documents from SE Document with course has been enabled. They will be used as support for the training course and not as training object, such as handbooks and texts.
For a comprehensive use of reaction evaluation of training courses using SE Survey, now the option to create a training course with reaction evaluation that does not have a survey was deleted. Existing records using the former evaluation method will be kept.
If user has configured training to have the attendance list of a specific period, he will be able to do it now. Until now the system generated a report that showed the attendance of participants to all training sessions. Furthermore, user will be able to print a blank report.
To improve SE Training experience and make some actions more friendly, some menus were grouped and their naming conventions were changed. For instance, “Competence mapping” groups “Organizational” and “Per process” items now. “Training status” view is now called “Position courses”, "Employee training” is now called “Training participation”, and they belong to “Employee” group, with other menus related to the employee in SE Training.
