Changed the employee qualification menu nomenclature

The old view menu "Employee training" was renamed to "Employee qualification" in the version 2.0.11. This change was carried out in order to facilitate the understanding and location by the users of the view that lists the training, courses, and paths performed by the employee.

 

Interface for creating courses

An interface was created to create and change courses through the SE Suite data import feature. Up to the previous version, it was only possible to create courses through the menu. With this feature, you will be able to import courses through the database and even spreadsheets.

Multiple instructors in training

Up to the previous version, it was only possible to use a single instructor for training. This resource is necessary for cases where the same training is taught by more than one instructor. In this way, it will also be possible to set the workload of each instructor in the training as well, if he/she will have control over his/her execution.

Customization of the training certificate using the SE Document

Up to the previous version, the system provided a unique certificate template for the training participants. With this feature, you will be able to create a certificate template in document format and use the DocVariables to replace the training and participant information in the certificate.

 

For the operation of this feature, you must create a template file in SE Document with the specific certificate template. Done this, you will need to configure the metadata export to make a "from/to" of the variables contained in the template file for the properties of the participant or training. With the metadata export and template created, you will need to create a document category that contains the template file and the metadata export previously created. This category must be associated with training or training configuration in the "Certificate" tab.

 

When you terminate a training that has an associated certificate category, the system will generate a document for each participant in the training, replacing the DocVariables for the training information. It is interesting to configure the system to convert the document to PDF, which will streamline the certificate view.

Certificate for training instructor

Up to the previous version, it was only possible to generate the certificate for the training participants. From the version 2.0.11, you will be able to generate a certificate for the training instructor. The system will provide a standard certificate template, as well as the existing one for the participants, but it will be possible to configure a certificate category for the instructor, obeying the same functioning of the certificate for participant.

Required content and percentage for e-learning closure

Until then, it was not possible to define which contents were of mandatory view by the participant, as well as it was not possible to stipulate a minimum view percentage of the contents to allow to terminate the access task. With this feature, the participant can only complete the training by viewing all the required content and/or fulfilling the minimum progress set.

Reverse course mapping

Up to the previous version, it was only possible to perform this mapping through the management menus, select the desired department/position and only then map the course. With the course mapping feature for the departments/positions of the organization by the course, it becomes much easier and faster to map a certain course to several departments/positions at the same time.

Exporting the list of training participants to Excel

Up to the previous version, the list of training participants could only be obtained through reports. With this improvement, the export of the list of training participants in Excel will be done through the "Participant" tab on the training data screen.

Status of the "ORT - object requires training" of the mapped course

Changed the term of the status of the mapped course related to object that "Requires retraining" to "Object requires training". Up to the previous version, this status, present in the listings of mapped courses of the employee, was displayed only when the object (document) related to the mapped course needed training in a different revision than the one the employee has already been trained. With this change, the system goes on to display an icon to identify that there is a revision that requires training of the document (object) associated with the course, regardless of whether the user has already been trained in a previous revision or not.

Document X training matrix migration for SE Document

The document X training matrix, until then present in the view of the TNA employee matrix, was migrated to the Analytics of the new document X training view, in SE Document. This view will allow you to view documents and users who need training in a particular document revision, as well as their status. New Analytics has a lot of information and is now more complete than the previous one.
