Training shift

A feature has been developed that allows the use of shifts in days of training occurrence and in the attendance list. Often, trainings are performed for several days and in specific shifts per day, for example in the morning, morning and afternoon, or just the afternoon. It was necessary, then, to record the frequency of participants per shift in the days of occurrence, and not only of the day as a whole, because often the participant came only in one of the shifts, and it was not possible to record the frequency per shift.

 

 

Training report improvements

In the version 2.0.14, improvements were made to the training data report, including new sections and leaving the report more complete. Attribute, approval, checklist, content, e-learning, costs, evaluation and efficacy sections have been included, as well as ergonomic improvements.

 

 

 

Automation of the flow of development plan actions with related course

From this version, it is possible to parameterize whether the system will send development plan actions, with the related course, to the next step automatically when the employee training is carried out. Until then, it was necessary to send the actions to the next step manually, even after recording the training system of the course that was in the action of the IDP.
