A resource has been implemented for the training by course record task to be restricted by organizational unit. As there may be employees who need training from different organizational units and each unit may have specific responsible parties for training records, it was necessary to create a parameter to restrict the task responsibility by organizational unit.
By checking this option, the user of the team responsible for the task must be a member of the control team of the organizational unit that has the users who need training. Thus, the user may only record trainings for the members of organizational units that are his/her responsibility.
That is, in the team responsible for the task, all possible responsible users for training record must be entered, regardless of organizational unit. Afterwards, the system will distribute the tasks for the users in the team responsible for the task who are in the control team of the organizational unit of the user who needs training.
A resource has been developed to allow the definition of a number of attempts for performing the training test when the SoftExpert Survey component is being used. Thus, it will be possible to define up to five attempts for obtaining the minimum score for the training test. The options for attempt classification may be: highest score, lowest score, first attempt, last attempt and attempt average.
At the end of each attempt, the participant will have information on the attempt score and whether the minimum score for the training test has been achieved, and it will be possible to perform a new attempt or to finish the test with the obtained score. On the training evaluation screen, the attempt scores and the final score of the participant in the training according to the classification set in the configuration will be displayed.
From version 2.0.15 onwards, it is possible to define the applicability of the enrollment in public enrollment trainings. Up until then, when creating a public enrollment training, it was not possible to restrict enrollment to a certain group of people in the training enrollment widget, for example.
With this resource, it is possible to define departments, positions, teams and specific users that may view the training for enrollment in the training enrollment widget. This same restriction will be filled out by default in the training participant selection screen for the responsible party, avoiding the listing of users that are not part of the target audience. By default, public enrollment trainings will have the target audience option available for “All”.
Aiming at separating the training execution tasks that need action from the responsible party from those who do not, the "Training tracking" task has been created. Thus, the "Training execution" task now lists only training records that need action from the responsible team or instructor with execution control, such as trainings to be started, trainings that do not have an automatic flow (with e-learning) and trainings that are not self-training. In addition to that, when there are instructors with execution control in the training, the execution task must be displayed for the execution control team.
On the other hand, the "Training tracking" task displays to the execution control team or instructor with training control permission trainings that are under execution and that are self-trainings, those that have an automatic flow (e-learning), those that are under evaluation and do not need the responsible party to fill out the scores, and those that are under effectiveness verification.
With the creation of this task, the "Training evaluation tracking" task has been unified with the "Training tracking" task.
