Training method registration

For adaptation to ISO 10015 standard purposes, the identification of the training methods used was necessary. That is why a File to define these methods was created and their association with training records is possible.

 

 

 

Migrate educational entity menu to file

To standardize SE Training menus with other records from companies in SE Suite, “Educational entity” menu was migrated from “Configuration” menu to “File” group. There wasn't any impact regarding license keys or menu permissions.

 

 

"Start" training status unified

Until now graphing and text displayed the same status of SE Training, in different ways. A training session or event that was waiting for start after planning had been approved, was displayed in “Training planning” as “Approved”. In the other menus of the system the same status was displayed as “Start”. From now on, this status will be considered only as “Start”.

 

 

 

Display participants that have been removed from training

User can see now those participants who registered in training during planning step and for some reason were removed later, during execution step. Now user can see in Participants section through a checkbox, those users who were removed.

 

 

 

Usability was improved in training data screen

To diminish the number of confirmations to user and to display notification information clearly, usage was improved in the training data screen. Some examples are in the way the system alerts that a training date has been changed, confirmation invitations have been sent in e-mail calendar and the way the system sends user to next step, through “Save and next step” button.
