Adaptation for the use of SE Test

It is allowed to configure and use SE Test for training evaluations. Thus far, it was only possible to use a configurable evaluation for training reaction. In this version, it will be possible to evaluate the participants during pre-training, training and post-training through SE Test.

 

Along with this change, training also has a new status, named “Evaluation”. It will unify the “Post-training evaluation” and “Reaction evaluation” statuses that existed and it is used after the training execution, so that the necessary evaluations and surveys are completed.

 

 

 

 

 

Training request filter in views

A "Request" filter group was added in the training views, so that the trainings that have related requests are filtered. Thus far, the system could not track requests after execution.

 

 

Document filter in training views

A filter was added in the "Training - Advanced" group so that the trainings are filtered by the documents in the Training documentation section, and not of the training object. This filter will be on all screens where the “Training - Advanced” filter group is present.

 

 

Validity configuration in training filing

Training validity configuration is allowed after its creation. Thus far, validity was inherited from training configuration and could not be changed or even enabled/disabled. With this change, training now inherits from configuration; however, its validity configuration may be changed by the management team.
