Make course available for online training

Implementation of a functionality which allows the user to self-enroll in courses with online training content. With that, SE Suite users may view the courses of their interest, access the content, and answer the evaluations independently, generating a training automatically. For that, it is necessary to check option "Make course available for online training" and configure the "applicability" of the course, i.e., whom this course will be available for self-enrollment in card "Available courses".

 

 

Automate the training flow when finishing content execution

Implementation of a resource which allows automating the flow of trainings with online content, no longer being necessary the intervention by the control team to send the training to the next step. With that, trainings with content made available to the participants may follow their flow until they are finished, being important in trainings created from self-enrollment by the user in card "Available courses". For that, it is necessary to check option "Automate the training flow when finishing the content execution" in the e-learning configuration of the course or training.

 

 

Available courses card

A card was created to be used in the SE Suite portals that will display the courses available for self-enrollment to the logged user. The displayed records will respect the applicability configurations defined when creating the course. Through the card, the user may view the details of the course and self-enroll in it, generating a training where he/she may access the available content. The resource will also work in the mobile platform.

 

 

 

Training in progress card

A card was created to be used in the SE Suite portals, which will display the in-progress trainings of the logged user. Through the card, the user may view the details of the training, access the content, and perform the necessary evaluations. The resource will also work in the mobile platform.

 

 

 

Training participation card

A card was created to be used in the SE Suite portals, which will display the list of trainings taken by the logged user. Through the card, the user may view the details of the taken training, access the training content, and generate the participation certificate. The resource will also work in the mobile platform.
