Share saved views

This resource is available for those users who often use complex search fields, in any screen of any component. The possibilities of this view have increased because saved views can be shared and views can be through access group.

 

Your views made available

When user creates a view or edits it, he can choose between Private and Public. Whenever he chooses to make it public, any user will be able to use it.

Use of public views

User can access this resource by clicking on bt_config button, on the screen where view is performed or through Shortcuts arrowrgray Saved views arrowrgray Component menu.

Definition of public views as default for users

When user has access to Configuration arrowrgray Saved views menu (CM018), selects a view and clicks on edit button, the system can specify the users who will have that view by default in their data screens.

In this example, the view was saved by Fernando Engelmann in Document component and its name is Consulta bacharel. This view probably uses some advanced search field (type, responsible user, etc.), Tecnologia da Informação and Equipe de TI teams were added.  Consequently, all users who are part of these teams, have access to the AS008 screen and click on Saved views, will have Consulta bacharel view available for them.
