Activity execution in the email

Now it is possible to execute an activity via email more easily. By selecting an action in the activity execution email, the system executes the activity in the background. If restrictions such as mandatory fields are found, for example, the task screen is displayed, allowing the user to execute it manually. This functionality has also been made available for mobile devices, i.e., it will be possible to execute activities via email on smart phones or tablets. In this version, the objective is to allow to execute approval activities that do not require to enter any values. When there are restrictions, the system will notify the user.

 

 

Startup API

Implemented a new startup API which allows to use a URL to start a process and open the activity execution screen in sequence.

 

Improvement in the Webservices

Now it is possible to send files to the form records via webservice. This improvement encompasses the sending of multiple files to the main form and also to child records (Grid/tables).

 

Filter by executor in my tasks

Now the tasks, in the tasks menu, may be filtered by functional role, department, position, and user. That way the users who receive tasks from several functional roles may filter them by executor type, thus making it easier to manage and execute the tasks.

 

Execution of multiple tasks

Aiming to enable the execution of multiple tasks in the same activity in SE Workflow, now it is allowed to select several records. During execution, the system opens a screen to select the action and enter a comment.
