General Regulation on Data Protection
GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) is a law that has the purpose of protecting the privacy of the user, giving one greater control and transparency about one's personal data. To meet this need, the Privacy tab has been included in the user data. Through this tab, the user can configure and control what information SoftExpert can collect. Remember that only the logged-on user can make changes to this tab.
If the options are enabled, SoftExpert S/A can send satisfaction surveys in order to get closer to the user and thus understand their needs. It will also be possible to collect information about most used components and screens, always aiming to understand how the users use the tool so that the continuous improvement of our system is made in the best possible way.
After log in, a message will be presented to the users, where they will answer whether or not they accept data collection, satisfaction survey and our Privacy Policy. When you click "Accept", the options on the Privacy tab of the User Data screen will be automatically checked. By clicking "X", the message banner will be closed and will not be displayed again.

Permission to share portals publicly
From this version, users who have access to the access groups configuration menu (CM011) can define which access groups can share portals as "Public".
Note: If the permission is removed from an access group, the portals already shared by these users will remain public until their next edition. |
Kanban widget
In order to delete the Kanban listing when accessing a portal, each widget will now display a single Kanban. With this change, when you access a portal with a Kanban widget, the content of the Kanban widget is automatically displayed, without it being necessary to select the desired Kanban beforehand, and then view it on a new screen. For widgets already recorded with more than one Kanban, it will be necessary to reconfigure them, because the version migration routine will keep only the first Kanban configured in the widget.
